Paying for Kitsap County Court Records

The Kitsap County Clerk has specific rules about how you pay for court records and legal financial obligations. No personal checks are accepted. Do not send cash through the mail. Money orders may be purchased at banks, post offices, grocery stores, or convenience stores up to $500. For amounts over $500, cashier's checks are required and must be obtained through a bank.
